“As a parent, PTA leader, small businessman, and member of the Citizens’ Budget Advisory Committee, I want to use my skills and experienceto balance District budgets, implement more of the challenging classes that result in more of our kids going on to college, and support apprenticeships that help prepare other students to enter the workforce.I hope I can count on your support on November 4th.”

My Priorities Include:

• Improving student achievement in reading,writing, math, and science
• Recruiting and retaining top-notch teachers
• Securing music, arts,sports, and quality after-school programs
• Expanding computer training for students
• Creating challenging coursework so more students are accepted into college
• Expanding apprentice and intern programs to prepare students for good-paying jobs in the new economy
